ONE HOUSE, THREE IMPRINTS

Our imprints

A reader's life has chapters. Each of our imprints is made for one of them, and each hands its reader on to the next.

Tailorbird Press

Readers of every age, starting with the youngest

Tailorbird Press

Stories from every culture, retold for today.

Tailorbird Press brings cultural stories, ethnic tales and folklore retellings from across the globe to readers of every age, in accessible, high-interest formats: picture books, illustrated story collections and short reads that are easy to begin and hard to put down. The tailorbird stitches living leaves together to make its nest, and that is the work of these books: gathering stories from many places and stitching them into something a new reader can hold. The first titles include Under the Neem Tree by Dr P. M. Anavaratham, Blooms of Courage, A Painting in the Sky and Soaring Munchkin.

Ursa Minor Press

Readers 8 to 12 yrs

Ursa Minor Press

The years a reader goes further alone.

Ursa Minor Press publishes for readers aged 8 to 12, the years in which a child stops being read to and starts reading on. Our books take them across real maps and into real danger, with characters clever enough to find a way out and kind enough to be worth following. The first series is The Compass Crew by A. M. Arth: four cousins from Pune, Lagos, Manila and Lisbon, one grandmother's cargo plane, and ten adventures, each complete in itself.

Consilium 7 Publishing House

Readers 16 yrs and over

Consilium 7 Publishing House

Novels for older teens and adults.

Our flagship imprint publishes fiction for readers aged 16 and over: the supernatural and the speculative, fantasy rooted in old places, and ordinary lives at the moment they turn. We look for storytelling that holds a reader to the last page and leaves something behind once the book is closed. Many of our novels open a series, because their worlds deserve more than one visit. The first titles include Lights Out at the Aurora by A. M. Arth, Stonewake by M. A. Aldergill, The Fourth Quarter by Madhumitha A., The Nine Howls by Yeon Dal-on, with The Department of Unfinished Business, Call Me Revenge and The Generational Debt by Anu Ashok coming soon.
